ANNUAL MEETING

The annual meetings of this Association shall be held on the last Tuesday of January of each year at one (1) o'clock P.M. at the place selected by the Board of Directors. Each policyholder shall be and constitute a member of the company and shall be entitled to one vote at any annual or special meeting. Each member shall be entitled to one vote irrespective of the number of policies held by said member. In the event two or more policyholders are named on a policy, they shall be jointly entitled to one vote. Said vote may be cast in person or by proxy. Proxies may be voted only by members and only if filed with the Secretary not less than fourteen (14) days prior to any meeting at which they are to be voted.
